The alarm system is configured for your stay and will be adjusted upon arrival.
Most lights are WiZ lights. Keep wall switches ON and control them with the WiZ app or the designated handheld WiZ remotes (on/off, dim, and scenes).
Use the remote to set temperature (recommended 24°C), each bedroom has its own A/C unit.
Filtered water is provided in a 5-gallon garrafón. You can refill it at the local corner store La Reforma for around 40 pesos.

There are exterior and interior cameras on the property. The interior cameras should remain unplugged during your stay. The alarm system is configured for your stay.
Trash and recyclables should be deposited in the plastic bags across the street from the home, next to the recycling bins.
