💡 Lighting (WiZ)
Most lights are WiZ lights. Keep wall switches ON and control them with the WiZ app or the designated handheld WiZ remotes for on/off, dimming, and scenes.
❄️ Air Conditioning
Use the remote to set temperature. Recommended setting is 24°C. Each bedroom has its own A/C unit.
💧 Filtered Water
Filtered water is provided in a 5-gallon garrafón. You can refill it at the local corner store La Reforma for around 40 pesos.
☕ Espresso Maker
In the kitchen, you will find a Breville Espresso Maker. See the official manual and setup video:

There are exterior and interior cameras on the property. The interior cameras should remain unplugged during your stay. The alarm system is configured for your stay.
♻️ Trash & Recycling
Trash and recyclables should be deposited in the plastic bags across the street from the home, next to the recycling bins.
